Obviously nothing special, but it's minimal and still uses explorer, thus being as usable as a standard windows setup.

TT simply replaces the window borders, but can only be used with windows xp or vista/7 when in classic mode or with aero turned off. Here's my TT program, with a bunch of skins too. [link] If you're running 64bit windows you'll have to run both the 86 and the 64 to affect both different kinds of apps. If you want to make your own skins, it's best to start with someone else's as a base

3dcc is too simple to be usable I think. Otherwise its your classy style. High contrast, white and dark, classy and elegant.
